Fionn Douthwaite
Logistics Coordinator (Full-Time)
I joined Distribute Aid in January 2022 as a full time logistics coordinator. I chose to join DA after previously working for organisations in both Calais and Greece as I saw a chance to make use of my studies and experiences to support the infrastructure of grassroots aid networks. My main focus is supporting shipments and customs clearances in Greece, the Balkans and Eastern Europe. I enjoy the new and constantly changing challenges that logistics in this field involves.
Axel Gaudinat

I come from France where I've been graduated from the Bioforce institut in humanitarian logistics. I previously worked with doctors of the world in Bordeaux and some French social organisations, and I worked also with Distribute Aid as an intern in 2021. I'm now the Network Empowerment at Distribute Aid. My role consists of running the Needs Assessment project and being an aid for the logistics team.
Kayleigh Thorpe

I joined DA in September 2022 as a Logistics Coordinator for DAs Ukraine Response Project. Prior to DA I spent 1.5 years working in NGOs in Northern France where I worked to support displaced people there. My aim in Ukraine Response Project is to facilitate the movement of aid, using various methods, to support IDPs as well as displaced people in neighbouring countries.

Shanice D'Silva
Logistics Coordinator (Full-Time)
I am one of the logistics coordinators at Distribute Aid since January 2022. I mainly coordinate shipments to France, Lebanon and The Balkans. Previous experience in Calais and Tanzania has helped me with certain aspects of my job at DA. Navigating through rules around tax relief, labour strikes and increased transportation costs have been challenges we have faced this year but has helped build out our network of trusted partners and increased the regions we are able to support.
Weston Lindner
Head of Projects and Administration (Full-Time)
My deep passion for Distribute Aid's mission is informed by my experience at a food distribution NGO in Hamilton, Ohio and my studies of security, peace, and conflict at Duke University. As Head of Projects, I work to ensure that we pursue our projects with intentionality and a strong connection to the mission of DA. As Head of Administration, I work to empower DA contributors through effective onboarding, policies, and remote volunteer opportunities.
